By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the bdetbdt website or mobile platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with bdetbdt. This agreement consists of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. All of these documents are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the bdetbdt platform and, if you have a registered account, contact our support team to arrange account closure. Accessing the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any financial return. All gaming outcomes on bdetbdt are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by the real-world outcomes of sporting events, and cannot be predicted or controlled by bdetbdt or any player.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bdetbdt, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

If a player is found to have registered while under 18 years of age, bdetbdt will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed, cancel all pending withdrawals, and return the net deposit amount (less any winnings derived from underage wagering) to the original payment method where technically possible.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. bdetbdt will never contact you to request your password. All financial transactions on bdetbdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. bdetbdt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via local Bangladeshi payment methods; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside bdetbdt's control.

The following minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all bdetbdt accounts. These limits may be subject to change and may differ for VIP-tier accounts:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the sportsbook rules, the sportsbook rules shall prevail with respect to betting transactions. All casino games are governed by the individual rules of each game as provided by the respective game studio.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on bdetbdt:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the bdetbdt system. Bets placed during periods of system outage or error may be voided at bdetbdt's discretion.
• Obvious errors: bdetbdt reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the fair market price at the time of placement. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will have their bets voided and may have their accounts reviewed.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and connection quality. bdetbdt is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Match postponements and cancellations: If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the result is determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the sportsbook rules for that specific sport and market.

The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the bdetbdt platform. • Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Hacking and technical exploitation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any software vulnerability, glitch, or error in the bdetbdt platform for financial gain.
• Abuse of customer support: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward bdetbdt staff via any communication channel.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one bdetbdt account for any purpose, including repeat bonus claiming.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating payment reversals or chargebacks with a bank or payment provider after wagering activity has occurred on the deposited funds.

bdetbdt employs automated fraud detection systems and a dedicated compliance team that monitors account activity around the clock. Patterns of play that suggest prohibited conduct will trigger an account review. During any investigation, bdetbdt may freeze the account and withhold withdrawal processing until the review is complete.

Players may request the closure of their bdetbdt account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided that all outstanding KYC verification requirements have been met and no investigation is pending.

bdetbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by our compliance team.
• Confirmed or suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court order, or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• Player request under our self-exclusion or responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, bdetbdt reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full, including any real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, the net real-money balance will be returned in full.

Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months and a positive real-money balance — will be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 or the full remaining balance (whichever is lower), beginning in the 13th month of inactivity. Players will be notified via email at least 30 days before dormancy fees commence. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived without fee.
